My favorite dining out experience: the tasting menu. It is not for everyone, but for me, it is the perfect culinary experience. The tasting menu hits all the right notes: I don’t have to make any decisions, I am assured I am sampling the best the chef has to offer, and I get to try lots of different dishes.
